Beta / Early Access
TutorBrief is currently in early access (beta). The Service is provided as-is and on an as-available basis. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable without notice. We are not liable for any interruption, data loss, or other issues arising from the beta nature of the product. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we build.

You agree to use TutorBrief only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

- Input content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam) to parents or anyone else.
AI-Generated Email Content
TutorBrief uses artificial intelligence to generate draft parent update emails based on the session notes you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any email generated by TutorBrief. TutorBrief is not responsible for the content of emails sent to parents or any consequences arising from those communications. Always review AI-generated content before sending.
Subscriptions and Billing
TutorBrief is offered on a subscription basis, with monthly and annual plans available. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable advance notice to subscribers.
Intellectual Property
The TutorBrief name, logo, and underlying software are owned by TutorBrief and may not be copied or used without permission. The session notes you enter and the emails generated from them remain yours. We claim no ownership over your content.
